The mission of the Nurses of Saint John is to provide compassionate care while keeping clients living independently at home and remaining faithful to the highest Judeo-Christian traditions of dignity and respect for all human life.

Nurses of Saint John Home Care provides home health care services in San Diego County, such as bathing, grooming, medication reminders, transportation, quality of life services, and companionship. We are a safe and reliable company able to visit you in your own home to help care for those suffering from dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, heart failure, kidney failure, strokes, cystic fibrosis, multiple sclerosis, pneumonia, broken bones and more.

We have been visiting patients at home since May of 2009, providing more than 2600 hours of direct patient care.  San Diego County’s fastest growing population is the 85 and older age group and the victims of Alzheimer’s are expected to double between 2007 and 2017.

The Nurses of St. John Home Care wishes to be there to provide any assistance needed during this difficult time of transition for both the victims and the families.  We understand what you are going through and have the resources to assist individuals who wish to avoid a prolonged stay in skilled nursing facilities and assisted living center, for those who wish to remain in the comfort of their own home but who need more assistance than the family is able to provide.
